Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in IT support and network.
• Basic understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows XP/ Windows 7, Knowledge of Windows Server 2003 / 2008 would be a
plus.
• Experience with using and troubleshooting Outlook within a network environment.
• Experience with using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office with emphasis on MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and verbal communication skills both in English would be advantage.


Responsibilities

• To respond to enquiries from users and help them resolve and hardware or software problems and provide them necessary training and advice.
• To analyse helpdesk activity and make recommendations for increased organisational efficiency and effectiveness.
• To maintain the network and workstation hardware and software.
• To analyse helpdesk activity and make recommendations for increased organisational efficiency and effectiveness.
• To monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.
